I booked a queen room and the staff was fairly helpful. They tried to clarify the charges when I noticed the US$50 deposit on my bill, which was a relief. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was mostly good, just needed a little touch up here and there but nothing major.

Wasn’t exactly cheap, but for one night it was acceptable.

The staff made our stay enjoyable with their friendly service. Our King Room with Sofa Bed was clean and provided enough comfort for our family.

It was just an excellent fit for a concise stay in Orlando with decent value for money. The valet attendants were helpful and quick, making arriving and leaving easy. Make sure to check in right at 4pm to avoid long waits.

We enjoyed our stay, especially being able to walk to the Amway Arena for the concert. The location was perfect, making our family outing easy and stress-free. Plus, the King Room with Sofa Bed offered ample space for everyone to relax.

My wife says that the check-in process was chaotic. It would be great if they had more staff available during peak times, especially for families with big groups.

The hotel has a stunning design, and the rooms are quite spacious and modern. However, the valet service was mandatory and poorly executed. Check-in took an unreasonably long time. The M-club offerings left much to be desired, with limited food and unresponsive staff.

During my stay, I loved being just a short walk away from the beautiful St James Roman Catholic Cathedral and the vibrant Orlando City Stadium, perfect spots for anyone who enjoys a city stroll and discovering local landmarks. my room was incredibly comfortable, making it a great base for all my explorations downtown. There are also several nice dining options nearby that cater to a variety of tastes, ideal for solo travelers looking to enjoy evenings out.

The King Room with Sofa Bed offers a spacious layout, providing ample comfort for a family stay. The room decor leans towards an outdated style, with some charming touches that give it character and uniqueness.

The hotel struggles significantly with staffing, especially during high-demand events like concerts. The check-in process can feel like a long wait. I counted over 15 people in line and only two check-in counters open. After returning from a concert, the bar service was painfully slow, with a shortage of bartenders, leaving guests to wait ages for drinks. Rooms could use an upgrade. mine had noticeable cracks in the bathroom, and the overall scent wasn’t pleasant. Stains on some lobby chairs give off an unkempt vibe, which felt out of place for a hotel of this size and type.

i had a wonderful stay, enjoying the clean king room with sofa bed. the staff went above and beyond during my romantic getaway, making sure our needs were met. it truly exceeded my expectations with its welcoming atmosphere, far better than my last visit in orlando.
